The Nino Albanese Trio has quickly established itself as one of the premier rock ’n’ roll acts in Western Pennsylvania.
Heavily influenced by ‘50s Chicago blues and the ‘60s British Invasion, the trio combines blues, funk, and fusion to create a unique and unpredictable live experience. Pairing original compositions with curated covers and improvisation, they deliver engaging, high-energy performances every time they step onto a stage.
The trio consists of Nino Albanese (guitar/vocals), Mars (bass), and Clarence Grant II (drums).
They have shared the stage with national and regional acts including Billy the Kidd and the Regulators, Liz Berlin of Rusted Root, Guitar Zack, and Chet Vincent.
We're back at Moondog's starting November 5th for the biweekly Thursday Night Blues Rotation!
